Is your order not quite what you expected? You can exchange or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the return conditions. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

You can register your return by emailing our customer service department at contact@asadoro.nl. After you have received the return instructions from our customer service department, you can return the package at your own expense. Until we have received the return, you are responsible for the package, so we recommend that you always send the package with a track & trace code.

Once we have received the return shipment, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. If we receive items that fall outside the return period, the return will not be accepted. The package will then be returned to you at your expense. If the product is damaged upon receipt of the return, we may charge you for this depreciation.
