Refund policy

Is your order not quite what you expected? Then you can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided it meets the return conditions. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

You can register your return by sending an email to contact@asadoro.nl. Once you have received the return instructions from our customer service department, you can return the package at your own expense. Until we have received the return, you are responsible for the parcel, so we recommend that you always send the parcel with a track & trace code. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Once we have received the return shipment, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. If the product is damaged upon receipt of the return, we may charge you for the reduction in value. If we receive a return outside the return period, it will not be accepted. The parcel may then be returned to you at your expense.
