Shipping policy

The standard shipping costs are €6,35, but we will cover these costs if you place an order for €30 or more.

After you place your order, we will get to work as quickly as possible to prepare it for shipment. Once the package has been handed over to PostNL, it will be delivered to you within 1 to 3 working days. 

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
